Genesis4Life operates as a direct care practice. We do not bill insurance for clinical services. Payment is the responsibility of the patient at the time of service or in accordance with the payment plan agreed at enrollment.
8. Refunds and Cancellations
Refund and cancellation terms for programs and services are governed by the program agreement you sign at enrollment, and supersede any general statements made on the Website. As a general policy, fees paid for completed services are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel a program in progress, please contact us at info@genesis4life.com to discuss the available options.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW, THE WEBSITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within sixty (60) days, the parties agree that any unresolved dispute will be submitted to mediation in North Carolina, before a mutually agreed mediator. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, the parties may pursue any other remedies available at law or in equity, subject to the venue and jurisdiction provisions below.
This Section does not limit your right to seek relief from a small claims court of competent jurisdiction, or your right to seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
17. Venue and Jurisdiction
You agree that any judicial proceeding related to these Terms, the Website, or our services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
